* Foreign-invited horses which took first place at the Japan Cup are qualified to enter the Arima Kinen (the Grand Prix) (GI, turf, right-handed, 2,500 meters [about 1-9/16 miles], value to the winner 180,000,000yen (US$ 1,714,285), on the Nakayama Racecourse) held on December 24, 2000.

Note: The Arima Kinen is non-invitational. All the necessary expenses are to be borne by the connections concerned.
